How can I get Cialis… quickly (within a couple days or so)?

I normally order Cialis through an online pharmacy, but normally shipping is 14-21 days or “about a week” if I order expedited delivery. I’ve asked my doctor if he could prescribe some for me and he declined because I have high blood pressure (which I take medication for. Yes, I understand the risks involved and in the 5 years that I’ve been ordering it, regularly check my blood pressure and it’s normal.). I don’t have health insurance, so I’d only be interested in seeing another doctor if I knew in advance that he’d prescribe it. Any suggestions?

Cialis lasted about 17-18 hours?

I took Cialis (36-hour, 100 mg) for the first time yesterday.
The effects were “as directed”, and it worked exactly as I expected it to.
However, the effects lasted only about 17 or 18 hours, not 36 as described. Is this normal? Is it normal for some men to have shorter-term effects?
By the way, it was “actual” Cialis, prescribed by my doctor, and purchased in-person at a reputable pharmacy (CVS).
Also, I am a healthy 46-year-old male.

Aside from the Q that I posted on here, I did some searching at the Cialis website and at the FDA website. Out of hundreds of clinical trials, only about 3% of men experienced effects for 36 (or more) hours. The “mean” effective time was just over 12 hours, with the “peak” effectiveness happening at about 6 hours. Again, I realize these are all averages; it just so happens that I fall into the “Average Joe” category.
The fact is, the time I got out of it was all I needed anyway. Which is to say, my GF and I both had to get up & go to work this morning. Even if it had still been in effect, it would have been useless.

If you read the paperwork that came with it, or listen carefully to the commercials, it says it works for “up to 36 hours”. What that means is, in some men it will work for that long, in others it may be different. As was the case with you.
Be glad it worked at all, ED drugs don’t work for every guy.

Cialis is effective for treating erectile dysfunction so if that is what you have then it is one of the right drugs for you. It should be prescribed by a doctor as it could cause you serious harm if it is not appropriate for you to take it. It can be better than viagra for some people as it has a longer “window of oportunity”. Dont forget that these drugs need to have some stimulation to work so i guess the other guy was doing it wrong. It may be if its not working so well that you need to have the dose changed. Good luck but dont forget to get the cause of your problem properly looked at.

Hi everyone, id like to hear anyones opinions on Cialis or levitra ED pill, especially if u have taken it yourself. I wont take viagra because of its likely long term side effects, but Cialis and Levitra are more natural, plus my grandfather and ex-doctor says its safe.
im 23, heavy-set bout 240, but im large structure, and for somewhere around 6 months ive had an issue with ED, i have high blood pressure, though with my life i cant take care of it easily, and i have depression, iv had these issues for a long time, but never before did i have any problems with erections, performance, etc. i just cant seem to get it up, and when i do, i cant keep it that way, the slightest move during sex causes it to go away, i heard thats sorta common, i can keep it up some times when its solo without my gf. I have had a stent put in and removed once for kidney stones back in july 07, but i didnt have any problems after and i didnt start having ED issues till around april of this year, maybe alittle sooner. i know it could be many things together including heritage, but iv tried remedies, over the counter male enhancers, KY, and a rubber band and cock ring, each has worked but not well, the rings have worked best. I will be seeing a doctor hopefully within the month to get a prescription for either cialis or levitra.
Please just tell me if and how well either cialis and/or levitra has worked for u.

Alright man, here is the deal with me. I was going through the same thing. I just turned 24.
My problem wasn’t as much keeping it as it was just getting it up. I visited a urologist recently and he was almost certain it was psychological. He put me on 5mg Cialis One A Day pills to boost my confidence. He said once I got it up easier over time I would not need the pills eventually and would regain my mental composure. I’ve only been on Cialis for 3 days. So far about 2 out of 4 times I have been able to get a firm erection. I think the other two times were just because I was not turned on enough. So far I have been satisfied with my progress with Cialis. I think it will do the trick.
You should really go see a Urologist, he will really help you find a solution and put your mind at ease. Ask him if Cialis is a good plan for you. Try to work out daily too – it will improve your circulation and increase testosterone levels. Good luck man, i hope both of our problems pass and we both regain optimal health.
