Not one of these are the best because they all have side effects
One gives you blurry vision and terrible headaches whilst the other can cause a heart attack or brain damage
And the next gives you heart palpitations and high blood pressure.
So pick one you like and gives you the least side effects.

Unlike Viagra –it’s a drug that is actually for heart problem and not really drugs for having sex activities; but the doctor’s had found out that Viagra has a side effect of can make penis getting erect, so people suddenly use it in sex activities, take it before every time that they going to have sex activity, to help those male had erection problem to get erect, but right after sex their penis still hold and stay erect and not turn back to the normal.
So, Cialis is more recommended for those male had erection problem about their penis! But it still is a drug so not matter you had a heart problem or not, better consult at your trusted doctor first before using it.

BECAUSE THEY ARE STUPID. ANY FORM OF THIS MEDICATION CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS, IT RAISES THE BLOOD PRESSURE , AND MAKES THE HEART WORK VERY VERY HARD,THAT CAN CAUSE HEART ATTACK OR STROKE. EVEN A VERY YOUNG AND HEALTHY MALE. IF HE HAS PROBLEMS LASTING HE CAN TRAIN HIS SELF , IT IS CALLED SELF CONTROL. HE CAN STOP HIS ORGANISM IF HE TRIES, AND PROLONG HIS PERFORMANCE TIME. Most medications break down to harmless compounds. They expire because the active ingredient degrades. So, I really doubt it will cause harm. But, it probably will not work nearly as well depending on how old it is and the conditions in which it was stored. If this isn’t your medicine then don’t take it. Cialis doesn’t mix well with certain blood pressure or heart medications. Nitrates, for example, are contraindicated with Cialis, Viagra, and whatever the other one is(brain fart for the name).
