well i got 2 20mg tabs and i thought i would split it in half ?

Medicines are prescribed considering how much you need based on body weight, condition, etc. It’s possible that 10mg might not be effective, at all, so you just wasted a tablet (because you now have another ineffective half a tablet left).
Whether Cialis or any other drug in tablet form, if there is a score or line where you break the pill in half, then it’s permissible to do so (IF you’re prescribed a dose that is half what the mg of the pill is). However, if the pill doesn’t have a line down the middle, the pill shouldn’t be broken in half. Why? Because the active ingredient in scored pills is spread evenly throughout the pill, if you take half you get half the total dosage; if it’s not scored, the pills may be processed with the active ingredient on one side of the pill. Taking half of an unscored pill might give you 80% of the med… or 10%… or 95%… you just don’t know how it’s dispersed in the tablet.

I had a major brain injury with bleeding, and as a result I can no longer drink or do drugs.
However also due to my brain injury I have a hard time keeping decently hard, and I want to try Cialis.
I don’t want to go to the doctor and get a checkup and all that, I have a way of getting it,
I just need to know if it will risk seizure? Will it effect the brain the way alchohol and drugs do? And risk a seizure? Or does it have nothing to do with this.

I’ve gone to my doctor and he thought it best to prescribe Viagra first for ED then if need be we’d try Cialis. I unfortunately have been having a harder time getting erections and when I do get them they don’t stay around for long and I need constant physical stimulation to keep an erection. It isn’t that my girlfriend isn’t hot, when I kiss her and touch her and everything it responds and acts like its interested but I don’t get hard.
So I’m wondering how much stimulation will I need after taking Viagra/Cialis to get an erection? Will it be strong throughout the entire time I’m having sex?

Want to get prescribed to Cialis?
Hey you guys, well, I am on adderol and lexapro. For two years I have been on these, and at the same time, have had HORRIBLE sexual side eeffects, and can never get it up, and if I do, I lose it. I know it isnt the anxiety or depression, because Ive gone off the meds a few times before, and when I did, I was “able” to do everything again.
But at the same time, when I got off the meds, I would have terrible suicidal thoughts and have panic attacks. So I really need this medication to function and stay happy. But at the same time, I NEED something to counteract the sexual side effect, because I’m barely 19, and this has been for over two years, and has ruined my past relaionships.
Can I go to a urologist and get prescribed somehow? By telling himn of my situation and how it is making me so unhappy, stressed, and feeling extremely down from it?
Recap (I KNOW its the meds, because when I get off of them, “it” comes back, but when on them, its a no go) Please tell me what I can do for this? (ps. ive tried plenty of supplements, to no avail)
