Not one of these are the best because they all have side effects
One gives you blurry vision and terrible headaches whilst the other can cause a heart attack or brain damage
And the next gives you heart palpitations and high blood pressure.
So pick one you like and gives you the least side effects.

Cialis, Levitra, Avanafil, or Zoraxel. Anybody know anything about these? In 2012, the patent on Viagra will expire and the price will come down, but until then there has to be something else out there with minimal side affects and affordability. (In TN, the pharmacies want 0 for ten pills of Viagra now).

it actually depends on which works best for you. I take a 20mg cialis pill and split it into 8 parts making a 2.5 daily dosage, which makes it pretty cheap and works very well (i am in my late 50′s). I also buy the generic online at World-Rx.Net and they sell a very low prices. buying in a local pharmacy is just way too expensive for me.

Does the “effect” last longer? Can you overdose on it? Would you have to go to the E.R.? It’s not something I want to do,I’m just curious.

The effect will not last longer, you can OD on it, you’d have to go to the ER. One possible complication is the “effect” will not go away, and the diversion of blood can cause harm to other body parts.
